Although introduced in the early 1990s the Hewlett Packard
HP48 family of pocket calculators remains the gold standard calculator for
engineers. This page lists some of the programs I have written for this
calculator:
- ROUTINES
and PROCEDURES for PERFORMING TRANSVERSE MERCATOR PROJECTIONS
Translates between Latitude / Longitude and coordinate systems like UTM, National Grid, etc. A complete suite of routines which can use any geode, and also calculate true angles, distances etc. - AMATEUR
(HAM) RADIO Programs for calculating BEARINGS and HORIZONS
Calculate beam bearings and distances. Also line-of-sight distances (optical and radio) for given height. - ROMAN
