I was very fortunate to attend KAPiSCO, for three days in June 2004. Lots to learn and discuss with some great operators, great fun, and great flying. With some careful planning and fast footwork our lead Simon Harbord had us flying every day.

Thursday 17th June
The impressive lock flight at Banavie on the Caledonian Canal near Fort William: Neptune's Staircase. The canal provides a route for sea going ships from The West to east coast of Scotland through the spectacular scenery of The Great Glen, including Loch Ness. |

Facing the other way, the Mallaig rail line crosses the canal via Swing Bridge. The afternoon Steam Excursion returns to Fort William. |
