Feb 28: Cairnpapple Hill. Prehistoric Burial and Ceremonial location 3000 to 1400 BC. The image shows the main cairn from 15m, which is surrounded by satellite burial chambers and ditches. Rig04 & Flowform 16.
Mar 25: House of the Binns. Home of Tam Daylell former MP and father of the House of Commons. The property and surrounding woodland is in the care of The National Trust for Scotland. Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
Apr 9: Ballintoy-Church. North Antrim Coast of Ireland. The square tapered tower on the prominent Church of Ireland building once supported a steeple, until a storm in 1894 left the stump... Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
May 14: Cairnpapple Hill. Outing primarily checking the focus performance of the Optio 550.

May 19. Stirling Castle. Beneath Stirling Castle the earthwork remains of the Royal Gardens from 1629, and images of the Castle itself. Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
May 27: Blackness Castle. In military use from C15 till the end of World War I, this small boat shaped castle sits on a rock on the shores of the Firth of Forth. There is also a stereo view. Rig04 & Dopero.
Jun 17: Neptunes Staircase. The Impressive flight of locks on the Caledonian Ship Canal at Banavie near Fort William takes boats from near sea level up to the level of Loch Lochy as they head to Inverness. Rig04 & Dopero.
Jun 18: Bunchrew House Hotel. This impressive Victorian house on the Beauly Firth was the KAPiSCO base as we visited Inverness on our KAP Tour of Scotland. Rig04 & Dopero.
Jun 28: The Forth Bridge. Built in 1890, and carrying the east coast railway north of Edinburgh, this pinnacle of Victorian engineering dwarfs the maintenance "village" it rises over. Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
Jul 24: Tiree Kite Buggy. Kite Buggy at Gott Bay, Isle of Tiree (25m). On such a windy and sunny island, with deserted beaches, this is a great place for all sorts of "wind" pursuits. Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
Jul 24: Chapels, Kirkapol. C13 & C14 Chapels' on Tiree (~35m). The oldest buildings on the island, the smaller chapel is nearly 700 years old. Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
Jul 25: Island House, Tiree. This impressive house, surrounded on three sides by water, is thought to be built on an ancient "Dun", a prehistoric artificial island dwelling, originally made of wood, turf and stones. Rig04 & Dopero.
Jul 28: Hynish Pier, Tiree. Built in the 1840s by Alan Stevenson to build & supply Skerryvore Lighthouse, on a reef, 12 miles out in the North Atlantic. Complete with dry dock, and self flushing device. Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
Aug 20: Falkirk Wheel. The worlds first and only rotating boat lift at Falkirk, Scotland takes barges between the Forth & Clyde and Union canals ( info). Rig04 & Dopero.
Sep 8: Sailing Tasara, Corinthians. A late summer evening sail from Granton, Edinburgh, on the Firth of Forth. The 8.5m 'Cobra' makes good headway in Wardie Bay with minimal sail on the 10.5m mast. Rig04 & Delta Conyne.
